Body Tape:
Clean and dry your skin before application.
Cut the tape to your desired length.
Remove the backing and gently place the tape on your skin, lifting and supporting your breasts as desired.
Press firmly to ensure secure adhesion.
Enjoy the freedom to wear any outfit confidently for 8-10 hours.

Nipple Covers:
Ensure your skin is clean and dry before use.
Remove the covers from the packaging.
Position the covers over your nipples, ensuring they are centered and smooth.
Press down gently to secure them in place.
Wear them with or without a bra under swimwear, activewear, or everyday clothes for seamless coverage.
To remove, gently peel the covers away from your skin and wash them with mild soap and water for reuse.

 Removing Body Tape:

• Coat the tape completely with coconut oil or lotion.

• Let the tape absorb the oil or lotion for at least 15 minutes.

• Once the adhesive on the tape loosens up, gently and slowly peel the tape-piece by pieceaway from your body. Use more oil or lotion if needed.

• Do not rip the body tape off like a bandaid.

• Dispose the used tape responsibly.

Removing Nipple Covers:

• Clean the area around the nipples with soap and water.

• Make sure the area is dry. Do not use any moisturiser or oil before putting on the covers.

• Remove the plastic film from the back of the covers and place firmly over each nipple.

• Remove the nipple covers at the end of the day and put the protective film back on.
